ALPHA/Bishkek-Kyrgyzstan: In the three-year international programme for the optimisation of industrial safety, which is being implemented by ALPHA on behalf of the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development and the GIZ, our ALPHA engineers successfully completed the first milestone in Kyrgyzstan. Kyrgyz inspectors from GSM and State Inspectorate, quality representatives of large companies such as GAZPROM Asia and scientists from high ranking national Technical Universities successfully participated in a 2-days ALPHA seminar for improving national industrial safety. The joint work in Technical Committees for Oil, Gas, Water Power and Mining was also started. Many thanks to all Kyrgyz colleagues. We are looking forward to the many years of professional cooperation! The high-level pogramme will be continued this November in Uzbekistan.
