We assume social responsibility and cooperate closely in a social dialogue. At the heart of our strategy is our objective of long-term impact for the society with social commitment and participation in a range of social fields.

ALPHA campaigns for the regional associations or projects. Thus, for example, ALPHA supplies a local junior football team with the necessary material resources to ensure a national gaming. Besides, ALPHA and its employees participate also in local initiatives of Chemnitz region and realize regular sporting events for the purpose of team-building and improvement of individual fitness.

Furthermore, we are engaged in the important national business associations. For many years ALPHA has been an active member of the German Committee on Eastern European Economic Relations in Berlin; the company acts additionally in both work groups of the Central Asia and Russia, as well as in the German-Uzbek Economic Council (Munich/Berlin) and cooperates with the German-Russian Committee for Raw Material participating in the German-Russian bilateral discussions in Baden-Baden.

In addition, we also work in cooperation with an international Free Trade from Lisbon to Vladivostok initiative and with various international committees for technical regulation, technical compliance, standardization and plant engineering.
